Grouputer is a privately held, Australian developer of collaboration technologies. The company developed the first portable electronic meeting system in the mid-1990s and launched a greatly expanded online version in late 2004.

The new online program integrates Grouputer's competence in collaborative decision-making (brainstorming, prioritizing, voting, action planning), business process management methodologies (Project Management, Process Improvement, Strategic Planning, Six Sigma), web conferencing tools (presentations, file sharing, web tours, application sharing) and surveys, (Customer Expectations, Employee Feedback, 360 Degree Evaluations), and a simple authoring tool for users to template their own processes.

Grouputer has over 300 sites in the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Mexico and Canada, including higher education, management consultants and corporate and government organizations.
